A good fit if you want a budget-friendly option and feel confident handling revisions on your own after receiving broad feedback.
Includes:
- Full read through
- In-depth editorial letter covering details such as plot, pacing, characters, etc.
- Detailed suggestions on how to move forward with revisions at your own pace
Investment: Begins at $0.015 per word
Turnaround: 2–3 weeks
DEVELOPMENTAL EDIT
A developmental edit focuses on the big picture (plot, characters, pacing, conflict, etc.) offering in-depth feedback to help shape and strengthen your manuscript from the ground up.
Includes:
- Comprehensive read through and detailed margin comments throughout
- In-depth editorial letter covering plot, characters, pacing, etc.
- Scene-by-scene feedback to strengthen flow and tension
- A 60-min call scheduled within 30 days of delivery to go over any questions you may have
Investment: Begins at $0.035 per word
Turnaround: 4–6 weeks
COPYEDIT
A copyedit is a detailed, sentence level edit that corrects spelling, grammar, usage, and punctuation without changing your voice.
This is the last big polish before you hit “send” to agents, or before sending out for formatting if self-publishing.
Includes:
- Line-by-line edit for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and flow
- Consistency check for character names, timelines, and formatting
- Style sheet for future reference

Turnaround: 3–4 weeks
COACHING
Writing a book is equal parts creativity and discipline—and it’s a whole lot easier when you don’t have to do it alone! Think of me as your accountability partner, cheerleader, and problem-solving sounding board all in one.
This package is designed for authors who want consistent support to stay on track with their writing and revision goals. Whether you’re wrangling a messy draft, juggling deadlines, or just need someone to ask “did you actually write this week?” I’ve got you.
Includes:
- Weekly or Biweekly Sessions (60 minutes via Google Meet)
- Personalized goal setting and check ins to keep you on track
- Brainstorming and problem solving around writing blocks, character/plot snags, or revision overwhelm
- Light accountability between sessions (via email or instant messenger, depending on your preference)
- Resources, prompts, and tools tailored to your process
Investment
- Weekly Coaching (4 sessions/month): $300 per month
- Biweekly Coaching (2 sessions/month): $150 per month
SAMPLE EDIT
Interested in moving forward with one of the above editing packages, but want to make sure we're a good fit? That's where the sample edit comes in! I'll edit up to eight pages (approximately 2,000 words) of your manuscript, usually selected from somewhere in the middle.

- Sample edit of up to eight pages (2,000 words)
- You get to see exactly what to expect from your chosen package
Investment:
Flat fee of $75, which is credited toward your final cost of editing if we choose to move forward.
